    The new Strategic Alliances Department will aim to strengthen the development strategy of Tessi, the international leader in Business Process Services.

    Mr Vecchio will take up his duties as Executive VP – Strategic Alliances on 1 July 2024. Within the Executive Committee, he will drive the Group’s goal of intensifying its strategic partnerships in France and abroad.

    As Executive VP – Strategic Alliances at Tessi, his main duties will be to:

    • Design and coordinate relations at the Corporate level to develop a network of business, technological, consulting, education and research partners, as well as analysts and professional associations, etc., in order to strengthen the Tessi ecosystem;
    • Participate in the international expansion of a network of alliances already successful at country level;
    • Managing the ‘Pépites Shaker’ program for identifying start-ups and fueling cross-fertilisation with the Group;
    • Contribute to the acceleration of AI adoption within the Group, in close collaboration with the Head of Strategy and Development.

    « Our goal is to strengthen our market leadership by building strategic alliances to drive innovation and operational excellence. With Jean-Luc Vecchio at the head of this new division, we are confident we will be able to accelerate our growth and offer even more value to our customers and partners » says Claire Fistarol, Chief Executive Officer of Tessi.

    Mr Vecchio will be able to draw on his in-depth knowledge of the Group to perform his new duties, having previously served as CEO of the Consulting & Integration Europe division (since 2015, the year Tessi acquired the system integrator of which he was a shareholder and which he has just raised to the rank of European No. 1 in Total Experience), and CEO of Tessi’s BPO activities in Switzerland (from 2019 to 2022).

    Mr Vecchio graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) in 1994 and completed a course at the Entrepreneurship Centre of EM Lyon in 2007. He is currently following a Board Member Certification course at IFA-Sciences Po. Highly committed to the challenges of training and the digital and sustainable transformation of organisations, Mr Vecchio sits on the Executive Committee of the GEM Foundation, is a member of the Scientific and Strategic Committee of the ‘Digital, Organizations & Society’ research chair at GEM and sits on the Advisory Board of the start-up Odonatech, which combines GenAI and behavioural finance to disrupt the Savings market segment.
