Mr Vecchio will take up his duties as Executive VP – Strategic Alliances on 1 July 2024. Within the Executive Committee, he will drive the Group’s goal of intensifying its strategic partnerships in France and abroad.
As Executive VP – Strategic Alliances at Tessi, his main duties will be to:
- Design and coordinate relations at the Corporate level to develop a network of business, technological, consulting, education and research partners, as well as analysts and professional associations, etc., in order to strengthen the Tessi ecosystem;
- Participate in the international expansion of a network of alliances already successful at country level;
- Managing the ‘Pépites Shaker’ program for identifying start-ups and fueling cross-fertilisation with the Group;
- Contribute to the acceleration of AI adoption within the Group, in close collaboration with the Head of Strategy and Development.

Mr Vecchio will be able to draw on his in-depth knowledge of the Group to perform his new duties, having previously served as CEO of the Consulting & Integration Europe division (since 2015, the year Tessi acquired the system integrator of which he was a shareholder and which he has just raised to the rank of European No. 1 in Total Experience), and CEO of Tessi’s BPO activities in Switzerland (from 2019 to 2022).
Mr Vecchio graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) in 1994 and completed a course at the Entrepreneurship Centre of EM Lyon in 2007. He is currently following a Board Member Certification course at IFA-Sciences Po. Highly committed to the challenges of training and the digital and sustainable transformation of organisations, Mr Vecchio sits on the Executive Committee of the GEM Foundation, is a member of the Scientific and Strategic Committee of the ‘Digital, Organizations & Society’ research chair at GEM and sits on the Advisory Board of the start-up Odonatech, which combines GenAI and behavioural finance to disrupt the Savings market segment.
