In order to translate this ambition into the most appropriate strategy, fueled by a deep knowledge of local specificities, Tessi invited Ivan Schouker and Paco Hauser to join forces within our Tessi Switzerland Advisory Board.
Ivan partners with investment firms, boards, executive teams and entrepreneurs on harnessing transformation and growth challenges in financial services and technology. His contributions as board director, advisor, or interim executive build on over 30 years of experience, including 15 as CEO, leading global businesses. His skills and knowledge, also shared as university lecturer and author, focus on strategic change, innovation, outsourcing partnerships, and collaborative leadership capabilities.
Paco is an independent senior advisor and board member in the Management Consulting, Fintech, Software and Financial Services industry. He has a broad experience as partner and executive in consulting firms, building up startups and managing large scale international organisations. His domain expertise includes, strategy definition and execution, process design, international sales and account management, complex program delivery, digital transformation, Business Process Outsourcing, post-merger integration and M&A.
