The Tessi Group, a benchmark player on the Business Process Services market, is announcing the appointment of Pablo Castro Ubal as General Manager, LATAM.
He will be responsible for determining the Group’s growth strategy for Latin America, and in particular Columbia and Chile, where Tessi is firmly established. As part of his assignment, he must in particular speed the growth of the LATAM region, develop the teams working under him, weave local alliances, and promote and communicate about Tessi’s fields of expertise with key accounts. To achieve his role, Pablo Castro Ubal can rely on the great professional expertise he acquired with reference international organisations and companies such as Banco Santander, immobiliaria Aconcagua or more recently MetLife, where he was previously Gerente Hipotecario.
