With this acquisition, Tessi continues its momentum to develop as a key player in the customer experience market. This transaction positions Tessi among the top 20 customer relations companies in Europe.
A stronger BPS global service offering
Formed in 2001, ADM Value is a leading call centre management company with eleven sites in Europe and on the African continent. Providing a number of services including telesales, surveys, recovery, etc., ADM Value has built a reputation for quality of service and customer proximity. The company has continued to grow in 2019, as attested in September by the opening of a new call centre in Dakar, Senegal.
Incorporating the business know-how of ADM Value, Tessi is adding to its existing portfolio of solutions for business process optimisation and digital transformation within the customer experience. In terms of its customer relations activity, the Group has historically focussed on inshore (France) and nearshore (Europe). The newly incorporated structure will expand Tessi’s client portfolio, which now includes the banking and insurance, energy, sales, ecommerce, press and administration sectors. The proposed offering allows Tessi to provide capacity for credible and competitive multilingual call centres for various sectors.
Claude Briqué, CEO of ADM Value, will take over the general management of Tessi’s Customer Relations division, with staffing levels increasing to nearly 4,500 employees.
“Joining the Tessi Group allows ADM Value to continue to grow, whilst still remaining a French company. We are committed to providing our customers a high added-value service offering both in France and internationally. Pooling together the Tessi and ADM Value service offerings allows us to bring to market an even more extensive catalogue of services in over eleven countries”, says Claude Briqué, CEO of ADM Value.
An acquisition in line with the Group’s strategy
With a comprehensive package of services including consulting, outsourced services, technologies, cybersecurity, hosting and now – under this transaction – renowned customer relations, Tessi confirms its ambition to be involved in every stage of the customer experience. Established as a true benchmark in back office and document management, this acquisition enables Tessi to provide quality services in both front and back office.
The most recent of the Group’s external growth transactions are testament to this same strategic intent: to strengthen Tessi’s business expertise in order to become a key partner in digital transformation and business process optimisation for all businesses.
“The incorporation of ADM Value positions Tessi among the top 20 customer relations specialists in Europe, which enables us to become a key player and to continue moving up the added-value chain. We are continuing to pursue our strategy, which is for Tessi to become a European leader in Business Process Services (BPS) through a combination of consultancy, outsourced services, technologies and innovation”, concludes Claire Fistarol, Chair of the Board.
