As CEO of the Tessi group’s Consulting & Integration (Europe) division since 2015, Jean-Luc Vecchio was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Tessi Switzerland on Tuesday 1 October 2019. A member of the group’s executive committee since 2017, Jean-Luc Vecchio will continue managing the Consulting & Integration division in addition to his new duties.
By appointing Jean-Luc Vecchio to head its Swiss unit, the Group is reaffirming its European leadership position in the management of document flows and the digitization of customer journeys for companies and public organisations. Thanks to his expertise and in-depth knowledge of the challenges related to Business Process Services (BPS), Jean-Luc Vecchio will help inject fresh dynamism to make Tessi Switzerland one of the best performing organisations in the BPS market in this region.
Previously a partner and director in a small business specialising in consulting and integration, Jean-Luc Vecchio joined the Tessi group in 2015, when his company was acquired by the group. Upon arrival, he headed the Consulting & Integration division and along with his team continuing the ongoing development of high-performance solutions for key accounts, designed to improve customer interactions.
A graduate of the Grenoble Ecole de Management (Business School, Master’s degree) and heavily involved in training matters, Jean-Luc Vecchio is a member of the Scientific and Strategic Committee of the GEM’s « Digital Transformation Talents » research chair. Further demonstrating his commitment, he is also a patron of the student intakes for the “Master in Digital Business Strategy” course dispensed to international students since 2017.
