Tessi is developing its electronic archiving for legal purposes offering by providing an SaaS version of its Tessi Data Content solution.
Tessi Data Content is an NF461 certified solution for electronic archiving and storage. Until now, it was available as a dedicated private cloud-based version, to meet the needs of big companies with a large amount of sensitive data to archive, and for which the digital transformation strategy was based on centralising the management of flows and archives inside their organisation.
Tessi wanted to assist players and projects of all sizes, so it now offers Tessi Data Content Standard Edition, an SaaS based configuration of its solution, which offers a turnkey and standardised service to meet the needs for smaller volumes of archiving.
With the same security guarantees and compliance with the regulations in force as the “Enterprise Edition”, Tessi Data Content Standard Edition offers a specific storage space to each client, which is quickly deployable, so they can store their critical data and documents for legal purposes.
“This new offering meets the many needs for a standardised service, which is perfectly compliant and turnkey. It meets the needs for departmental archiving or for vertical digital pathways expressed by business lines”, says Romain Le Formal, Digital Solutions Marketing Manager, Tessi.
Tessi Data Content Standard Edition is based on an ISO 27001 and HDS certified hosting architecture, which is backed up by 2 data centres in France. In this way, Tessi ensures the security and the integrity of the data stored, and offers a high quality, scalable service that complies with the requirements of the GDPR.
With this solution, Tessi is offering organisations a packaged and economical service to ensure the legal storage of their electronic archives so they can have peace of mind, with guaranteed ROI.
