Alex Gaspar succeeds Tiago Gavinhos, co-founder and longstanding CEO of VILT. Mr Gavinhos will remain associated with the company as Senior Advisor of VILT.
With VILT for nearly 24 years, Alex Gaspar joined the company shortly after its founding. He has since held several key positions and played an active role in its international growth.
A software engineer, complemented by postgraduate degree in management, he has 26 years of experience in the information technology sector. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in information management, content platforms, and digital experience, along with an intimate knowledge of VILT’s markets, clients, partners, and teams.
Since 2013, Alex Gaspar has been leading VILT’s global sales organization and serves on the company’s Executive Committee.
In his new role, he will be tasked with continuing VILT’s growth trajectory in Europe and Latin America, while accelerating the development of its artificial intelligence capabilities.
These initiatives are designed to help organizations better leverage their content and data, further personalize customer interactions, streamline business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
