In view of its growth and the challenges it faces, the Group has decided to build on its financial team, which plays a central role in conducting its operations. In this context, Véronique Vastel now supervises the Group’s management control team and Tessi’s Sales Force business analyst team.
She will in particular work on developing financial and operational reporting, management control, and integrating new tools focussed on budgetary processes. She holds a strategic role for the Group and will report directly to Olivier Jolland, General Manager.
Véronique Vastel has significant professional experience in international environments and highly competitive sectors. Over her career she has specialised in managing budgetary processes, supervising reporting, and optimising results and creating value. She has spent her career in leading companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Dassault Systèmes, Ricoh, and IQvia. She holds a Masters in Economics from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II).
