Presentation of the client
VIVESCIA, an agricultural and food processing cooperative group, specialised in the production and transformation of cereals operates in 25 countries.
Implementing the Tessi Docubase solution allowed us to improve the management and sharing of our documentation, which is required to carry out structuring projects in our Group.
Due to its growth and international installations, the Group generates considerable heterogeneous flows. As their organisation on paper, CD and servers offered neither fluidity nor security for in-house data management, VIVESCIA decided to implement a multichannel EDM base, to master the flow of documents, improve traceability and ensure that documents were properly stored over time.
Tessi deployed Tessi DOCUBASE, a common documentary solution that can meet the needs of every department in VIVESCIA. The Legal Affairs and Human Resources departments were chosen as pilot sites: the bureaucratic documents, emails and attachments, paper documents from multifunction scanners, and the flows from professional applications are indexed in the EDM and electronic archiving base. They also feed in to the documentary work flow. Change management was found to have an important role in making the project a success: Tessi was able to guide VIVESCIA in this crucial stage for the success of the project, including offering innovative solutions to better meet the expectations of the pilot projects.
