By implementing the Electronic Registered Mail solution we aim to optimise the subscription and termination processes to increase our operational efficiency. This ambitious project also aimed to reduce our operating costs, particularly by reducing mailing costs (which have been divided by more than 3) and by limiting the amount of paper used in our processes.

After a call for tenders and a series of demanding tests, Groupama’s teams quickly opted for the Tessi POST LRE electronic registered mail solution, which can handle very large flows. With more than 13 million members and customers, the documentary flows are very large.
Groupama wanted to deploy a solution to manage both incoming requests for termination by registered electronic mail from other insurers, but also direct registered electronic mail.
