Foncia is a French company specialised in asset management and property transactions. With 500 agencies across the whole of France, the company is one of the country’s biggest property managers.
We have put our trust in Tessi’s teams to outsource our documentary processes since 2011. They are now guiding us for our digital transformation by offering us ever more innovative solutions such as electronic registered mail.
As part of the optimisation of its professional processes, Foncia wanted to outsource the processing of the specific correspondence related to General Shareholder’s Meetings, such as summons and minutes. The main aim was to reduce the costs of these processes, which demand a great deal of time and large franking costs. Foncia also wished to free its employees from fastidious tasks so that they could focus on customer relations.
The Tessi POST Immo solution is deployed by FONCIA, with the implementation of a specific 100% online portal that allows users to prepare and file their professional correspondence (summons to the AGM and minutes from the AGM) directly from their applications. The documents are then printed, stapled where necessary, and put into envelopes before being handed over to the postal service. Returns from registered letters are also managed. Information about the documents filed are available in real time in an online tracking portal.
