The client's issue

The company simultaneously fulfils the roles of a telecoms operator, a distributor and a contact centre, and it needed to reduce its costs regarding the printing and management of customer invoices (franking, reminders, dispute management, archiving, etc.). Coriolis therefore launched a project to make its customer invoicing process paperless.
