With the aim of speeding up Tessi\u2019s digital transformation, he will be in charge of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>developing an ambitious growth strategy;<\/li>\n<li>accelerating the ongoing transformation, with a particular focus on developing digital platforms; and<\/li>\n<li>growing the company\u2019s international activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By reinforcing Tessi\u2019s governance, he will be instrumental in ramping up the group\u2019s growth, especially in technology, and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>He will round out the governance of the group led by Claire Fistarol (Chairwoman of the Management Board) and Olivier Jolland (Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #005faa;\"><strong>Claire Fistarol, Chairwoman of the Management Board, <\/strong>stated: <em>\u201cTessi is pleased to appoint J\u00e9r\u00f4me Herv\u00e9 to this role. He\u2019ll be an important addition to the group\u2019s governance at a time when we intend to step up our international growth and development in digital technology. His experience and expertise in supporting and transforming companies will be invaluable\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Herv\u00e9, aged 55, is a graduate of the \u00c9cole des Mines Paris &#8211; PSL. He spent 22 years at BCG advising many large private and public companies and investment funds.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #005faa;\"><strong>J\u00e9r\u00f4me Herv\u00e9, Chairman of the Supervisory Board,<\/strong> commented: <em>\u201cI\u2019m honoured by the confidence that the Supervisory Board has shown in me by appointing me Executive Chairman. Tessi is a fast-growing group, positioned in a strategic sector for many companies. I look forward to taking part in speeding up its growth in digital platforms, and internationally\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Biographical details:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A graduate of the \u00c9cole des Mines de Paris &#8211; PSL, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Herv\u00e9, aged 55, began his career as a consultant at Bain in 1990.<\/li>\n<li>In 1998 he joined BCG, and he became Senior Partner &amp; Managing Director in 2010.
