{"id":14900,"date":"2021-01-08T18:00:37","date_gmt":"2021-01-08T17:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tessi.eu\/?p=14900\/"},"modified":"2021-01-11T10:17:21","modified_gmt":"2021-01-11T09:17:21","slug":"completion-of-the-sale-of-businesses-in-spain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tessi.eu\/en\/completion-of-the-sale-of-businesses-in-spain\/","title":{"rendered":"Completion of the sale of businesses in Spain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By press release on 13 October 2020, Tessi announced the signing of an agreement with Servinform for the disposal of these assets, subject to conditions precedent.<\/p>\n<p>As all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled, this assignment was completed in full on 8 January 2021; Tessi received proceeds of sale amounting to \u20ac19 million.<\/p>\n<p>The assets sold contributed \u20ac83.3 million to group turnover and current operating income of \u20ac0.8 million in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tessi remains present in Spain with the companies ISYC and Todo en Cloud, its Consulting &amp; Integration division with Gdoc Espa\u00f1a, as well as the Spanish activities of ADM value.<\/p>\n<p>The Tessi Group is thus focusing on its primary activities in France, Spain, Switzerland and Latin America.
