Rather, they provide a\u00a0useful frame of reference for employees and all of Tessi\u2019s partners.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The main principles of Tessi\u2019s sustainable development charter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R<\/strong>espond to customer needs and expectations by offering customised services based on dialogue, high-quality advice and expertise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E<\/strong>liminate or minimise, as far as possible, environmentally harmful waste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong>tep up awareness among our staff on the environment and preserving natural resources.<\/li>\n<li><strong>P<\/strong>reserve confidentiality of all data with which we are entrusted.
