Declaration<\/h3>\n<p>Tessi undertakes to make its website https:\/\/www.tessi.eu\/fr\/ (hereinafter the \u201cWebsite\u201d) accessible pursuant to Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.<br \/>\nFor this purpose, it is implementing the following strategy and actions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">\n<li>The 2022-2024 Multi-annual Accessibility Plan and the 2022 Action Plan are currently being drafted and shall be published in the near future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Accessibility Declaration applies to: https:\/\/www.tessi.eu\/fr\/<\/p>\n<h3>Compliance Report<\/h3>\n<p>Tessi: https:\/\/www.tessi.eu\/fr\/ does not comply with the French General guidelines for improving accessibility (R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019Accessibilit\u00e9\u2014RGAA), version 4.1 due to the non-compliances and derogations listed below.<\/p>\n<h3>Test results<\/h3>\n<p>The Compliance Audit conducted by Avencod reveals that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">46.48% of the criteria of RGAA version 4.1 are met<\/li>\n<li>The Website&#8217;s average rate of compliance amounts to 71.58%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Inaccessible content<\/h3>\n<h4>Non-compliance<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The Captcha methods used in all of the sample do not offer a textual alternative, the \u201calt\u201d needs to be completed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Decorative images with non-empty text alternatives.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Some texts and interface components are not sufficiently contrasted with the background colour.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">There are no titles on the links to social media.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The components managed by scripts are not compatible with assistance technologies.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Some links are not explained.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Tags are used for presentation purposes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The changes of language on the pages are not indicated in the code.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">There are several errors in the source code generated.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The breadcrumb trail on the pages is not implemented as a list.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">the tab index is not visible on all the components.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The pages from the sample do not contain the \u201cmain\u201d content tag.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Presentation attributes are included in the source code, for example the \u201csize\u201d attributes on form fields.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Some content disappears or is only partially visible when the size of the characters is in-creased.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Additional content, such as sub-menus for browsing are not accessible using the keyboard or controlled by the user.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The forms on the pages in the sample are not labelled.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Form fields need to be grouped together.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Suggestions to facilitate the correction of inputting errors, regarding the form fields corresponding to the user\u2019s email and telephone number, must be implemented.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The error messages for form fields are not correctly connected to the respective fields.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Over all of the pages in the sample, the invisible content on the screen is delivered before the navigation bar of the theme, which makes the tab order inconsistent.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The areas regrouping pages do not have any Landmark type attributes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The focus is not trapped in the modal windows of the sample.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">The pages do not have an avoidance link or fast access to the main area.<\/li>\n<li>Moving content that does not any mechanism to pause the content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Website offers a range of inaccessible content that, for different reasons cannot be recovered and corrected.<\/p>\n<p>The Facil\u2019iti solution has been implemented as an alternative: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facil-iti.com\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Drafting of this Accessibility
